Today in western civilization we took some more notes again on the Ancient Rome powerpoint. Our notes included information about Julius caesar, Tiber's gracchus, and how the government helped the plebs. the plebs were give bread and entertainment to keep them from revolting. Their entertainment included the circus Maximus and the Coliseum where there was charriot races and various fights. Julius Caesar lived from 100 BC to 44 BC. He was a highly successful general who concurred Guals territory. Caesar made all the common people happy. julius and his two good friends Pompey and Crassus made the first triumvirate.
