Today in class we watched a video about philosophy that was made by Hank Green who is  brothers with John Green, John Green is the who is a very  famous author of The Fault in Our Stars. We watched some of the video yesterday in class and then  watch the rest the video for today’s class. We talked about concepts of philosophy. Mr Schick told us about a story of him and a homeless person he met. I think the story that Mr. Schick told us was great. He  invited a homeless man to lunch because it was freezing cold outside on the streets. He sat with him and talked for a while. Mr. Schick found out things that you would never think about him like how he was injured from working in a factory, lost his job that he had a sister and family in st Louis I think.    Mr. Schick was thoughtful enough to buy the man a ticket so he could go to his sister but he wouldn't let him do that. It was because he didn’t want his sister to see him living in that state he was in.

Today in western civ we had a test on the things we have been doing in class for the last week. I thought the text was difficult. Now we have to and read/ take notes from the text book about the birth place of the renaissance and luther leading the reformation.
